Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before purchasing.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure everything is correct before completing checkout.


What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. You’ll need to contact the shipping company directly with any delivery issues.
